Embark on a spiritual and historical adventure with Path of Truth. Breathe the choices and dilemmas of the Middle Ages through four heroes ‘outside of war,’ unique and fundamental figures in 13th-century daily life, inspired by classic RPG archetypes: the Usurer, the Heretic, the Templar, and the Friar (based on Anthony of Lisbon/Padua).

4 Characters, 4 Paths
In Path of Truth, you will experience the vicissitudes of medieval Italy from 1220 to 1231, exploring historical events, miracles and sacred places. You can choose to play as Anthony of Padua/Lisbon himself or take the path of one of three other unique characters, each with their own story of redemption and spiritual quest:
The Usurer
A self-made man of age, he sees the Church of his day as a corrupt and hypocritical institution, yet he will have to confront his own greed.
The Heretic
A young French woman belonging to the Cathar cult in conflict with her own faith, and with the men and the institution that are supposed to represent her.
The Templar
A soldier repatriated after being defeated in the Fifth Crusade. Now he must discover what is worth fighting for and rebuild his own resolve.
The Friar
A young Franciscan friar from Portugal, aware of the current dissent towards the Church and determined to find his own truth by following his heart.

In Path of Truth: Antonio, there are no weapons or physical combat. Face Random Events and Quests using only the power of words in verbal duels. Unlock new dialogue options and passive skills based on your character’s build.

Shape your identity
Develop your character by choosing between three main Traits: Hope, Ambition, and Determination. Define your Moral Spectrum: will you act as an Individualist, focused on your own needs, or as an Altruist, devoted to the common good?

Every decision alters the Story, the world around you, and your own character. Your stats evolve not only through experience and equipment but also through the choices made during Quests.

Divine Favor
The way you interact with others can increase or decrease your Divine Favor, affecting your chances of success in the most challenging encounters.

An authentic Middle Ages
Explore a medieval world recreated with historical accuracy: maps based on period cartography, clothing inspired by real medieval fashion, and in-game objects taken from historical artifacts. Discover costumes and environments as they were perceived in the 13th century.

Multiple Endings & Post-Game
Each Quest can have different outcomes depending on your choices. After completing the main Story, your playstyle will determine an Archetype, unlocking an exclusive epilogue showing the consequences of your actions on the world.

Immerse yourself in an aesthetic inspired by Michelangelo and Titian, accompanied by evocative music inspired by medieval and Renaissance compositions.

Our use of A.I.
In our process of creating visual assets with Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), we trained a model based on Renaissance works by artists such as Michelangelo and Titian, using specific sources carefully selected by our teams art direction.
Each element was generated from photographs and images that are open source or to which we own the rights, always respecting copyright.
The final results are then hand-edited by team members to ensure authentic and legal Renaissance-inspired content.
